A Beautiful Day!
On my third day at the Lofoten, I had the greatest weather you can imagine, with blue skies, some clouds, rather warm, and very clear. And I knew what I wanted to do, because the previous day I had found out that the Matmora climb is one of the best in the Lofoten.
And while everything was dark and grey 24 hours before, everything was looking fabulous, and it took me a long time before I started the climb, and it look a long time to do the hike, and even then I still had to do two other places with great scenery.
Only this day 500 shots, of which most can be posted. I still haven't decided what to post, because the hike was so stunning with so many different angles, lenses and landscape changes.
In this shot it is clearly visible spring just had started at the Lofoten. People were complaining that it had been cold, and was still cold. That didn't change, and in two weeks staying there, there wasn't much progress with the leaves.
And looking at the weather forecast for the end of June it is still not more than 6 degrees Celsius. It looks better in a week from now!
