Held annually since 1992 over the three days of the August Bank Holiday Weekend, England's Medieval Festival at Herstmonceux Castle is Britain's largest and most magnificant celebration of the colourful Middle Ages. The festival offers uniquely authentic activities associated with the middle ages, including; living history encampments, battle reenactment, jousting displays, falconry displays, ancient crafts, medieval food, medieval music and performances.
