My coconut-mango cookie dipped in Stogo's red velvet
This red velvet ice cream, non-dairy, made with spelt, is simply one superbly tasty thing.
Vegan Coconut mango oatmeal cookies:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cane sugar
2 tbs maple syrup
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
3/4 cup dried mangoes, chopped into 1/4 cubes or bigger
Mix everything but coconut flakes and mango,
then fold coco&mango into the mix.
bake for 10 minutes in 375 fahrenheit.
