backstage breakfast

    My friend Mahdi was working for Eric; he insisted I try the backstage breakfast, a deep-dish frittata with cheese peppers, onions, and I'm not sure what else, served with slices of ham. I spiced it up with a splash of very hot Calypso sauce.
