Resistors are all 1/8W. Capacitors are axial ceramic. Transistors are TO-92 2N7000 N-channel FETs. Cycle rate is set by the .47uF capacitor and the 33K resistor. The circuit will run on other voltages and with other color LEDs, but will require adjustment of the 300 ohm current limiting resistor.
