Sarah and Paul in the Ames Room (Visual Illusion) in The Puzzle Museum, Keswick, England. The room is a strange shape, with a sloping floor, ceiling, and walls. But in a photograph (which is 2D) it looks like a normal room.

Thanks toomanytribbles. I saw this in a psychology textbook too. It photographs perfectly because a photograph (being 2D) doesn't give you the depth cues. Nice that Paul can do scary!

Hi luzhouzjy. We did try changing them round, but it was no good because Sarah can't do scary and Paul wouldn't do scared.
