about two parts coconut oil to one part each baking soda and arrowroot powder (please buy in bulk at a co-op or natural foods grocery store -- NOT in the mccormick's jars, there's a huge price difference). mix until it seems crumbly. use fingers to apply a little. your fingers will smell like coconut. i don't have a problem with this.
