Camouflaged!

I was taking a shot of this lovely bunch of flowers when I noticed this little fella. This is a Goldenrod crab spider - only about 1cm. long. These flower spiders use camouflage to blend in with the flowers they sit on. They don't build webs - just patiently wait for the right snack to come along.

The flower, I found out, is an Astrantia major
