Lenovo told me that popped out keys on my T430 was not included in the warranty. Rather than buy another T430 low quality keyboard form lenovo, I took the keyboard off my old T410 and installed it on my T430. All keys work, except for delete, home, pageup/down and insert, all fixed via a keyboard remap in Linux.
