Thai Fish Cake and Noodle Salad
Julia made Thai fish cakes with flake (gummy shark) last night. I made a dressing with fish sauce, lemon juice and kaffir lime leaves to go with it.
I threw together the leftover noodle, kailan 芥蓝菜 and some pickles and the dressing to make this salad.
