Sauces: err... we couldn't really decide which was which, but we think it was Ponzu dressing, ginger and wild lime glaze and soy sauce.
bottom row: sand crab and avocado salad, more tempura prawns.
right: Seared Queensland scallops with pineapple and chilli salsa.
