Perfected cooked, nice & pink in the middle.
She got me to make a gravy from a gravy-mix and she even had a gravy boat to put it in! It's a pity we didn't put it on the platter itself. People forgot to add gravy!
Chris made a Thai-style Pineapple Fried Rice, Rosemary and Tomato Chicken, Roast Lamb, Mussels with Meatballs and Garlic Bread! and I think there was a salad of mixed leaves too!
She was a bit worried people would forget o bring food :)
