Noodles with Egg Chiffon Sauce

Noodles with chicken, 鱼饼 fish cake, 豆腐-pok tofu puffs and spinach in 滑蛋 egg-chiffon sauce.ok ok, so it is leftover fettucine... noodles, pasta, Italian, Chinese, same diff. :P

 

Update 2007.07.15: Just to prove that I didn't make this up, su-lin had a similar egg noodle :P

And lormee and lohmeetags do show similar dishes.

 

The Cantonese version of this dish uses rice vermicelli and is called 宏图米粉 / Hong Tu Mifen / Hong Tou Mai Fun.
