Julia & Alpha's Christmas Bon Bon Terrine.
Chicken, roasted capsicum and asparagus terrine encased in puff pastry bonbons.
While looking quite presentable, the chicken was rather tasteless. Perhaps it was because we used supermarket minced chicken.
There was a sour cherry sauce that went quite well with it, supposedly to give a bit of tang and cut through the richness.
