Toasted Sandwich with King River Gold Washed-Rind Cheese
Toasted Sandwich with King River Gold Washed-Rind Cheese and Bürgen Pumpkin Seed Bread, with some mixed leaves and bits of fried mozzarella on the side.
All this was done on the sandwich grill at work! :P
The King River Gold Washed-Rind Cheese was nice and stinky, so much so that even (non-Asian) colleagues were wondering what the strong smell was :P
Not to self, don't try this at work again...
