Braised Leeks and Red Cabbage with Garlic Breadcrumbs
The crunchy garlic breadcrumbs were yum! They made the red cabbage bearable :)
The braised leeks weren't as interesting as I hoped. They were very tender and sweet, but not as caramelised as if they were baked.
