65 degree egg - Sardinillas - MoVida Aqui AUD14
Baby sardines on charcoal served with fresh curd and a 65 degree free range egg
A rather plain dish of tinned sardines in oil. The sardines were only about 3 or 4 cm long and not very strong tasting. I liked the fresh, light creamy curds thogh, and the wobbly 65 degree poached free range egg was fun with a luscious gooey yolk.
Contrast that to the sardine at Gigibaba which was much more flavoursome.
A great tapas bar with lots of nibbly choices!
The modern tapas was a little too modern for us though.
