Sausage Ragu - Stephen Drake, Jones The Grocer, Chadstone
Part of Chadstone's 4 Day Food Festival.
The rich sauce was very good, with a reduction of tomato, red wine and chicken stock, and loads of olive oil!
I also liked the Italian pork and fennel sausages, from Rainbow Meats.
