Aunt Lay Leong's Nasi Lemak with rendang chicken, sambal ikan bilis and a deep fried minced chicken ball with minced fish for a smoother texture. yum!
I forgot to add the ikan bilis (crispy fried anchovies) and peanuts before I took this photo! :)
