Mutton Curry, Beef Rendang, Eggplant Masala, Vegetable Curry with rice - Rich Maha AUD9
Great curry fix!
Today's mutton curry was spicy with a nice tang from tomatoes, but the meat could have been cooked a little longer. The beef rendang was rather mild in comparison, but more tender meat. The smoky eggplant masala was rich and silky with a great warmth from a a slightly sweet chilli sambal.
