Julia's Caramelised Onion Bread

A nice savoury bread. The caramelised onion was a bit too mild. Perhaps we can cheat next time and just add onion powder or instant French Onion Soup mix :)

 

The centre sunk again. It's weird how these recipes always prescribe too much yeast! Or perhaps we have super fresh yeast, full of leavening vigour!
