Light and fluffy ricotta hotcakes!
The poached (pickled? sozzled? poached maybe) added a nice floral component to the dish, and the vanilla bean labna rounded it off with nice tang and cremy texture.
Still love the dumpster-chic decor and buzzy atmostphere, and the food and coffee was better today!
The long queue (15 minute wait) was a bit annoying though, especially when I was hungry!
