Garlicky, fishy, super sour soft-shell crab dipping sauce - i Spicy
Crunchy deep fried soft-shell crabs with a batter smelling and tasting like KFC Hot and Spicy chicken! The crab itself was rather mild tasting, with the claws being a bit more crabby-tasting.
The dipping sauce was deliciously garlicky! A perfect balance of garlic, super-sour lime to make your mouth pucker, and a pungent fish sauce that was kept in check by the garlic and lime. Amazing balance. ... but u'd need something sweet to re-align your mouth after, like a glass of their sweet orange-coloured iced tea with condensed milk.
