Pumpkin Risotto with Chorizo - Romanza
Nice plump grains of rice in a pumpkin puree, without been too rich and creamy. The chorizo added a bit of extra flavour and texture. Roasted tomatoes and basil in the risotto were nice, but not absolutely necessary.
