Green salad and bread - Le Triskel included with lunch galette
The seeded mustard vinaigrette was very good! So good, I mopped it up with the crusty baguette. :)

Le Triskel's crisp galettes are folded like an envelope over fillings such as eggs, mushrooms, ham or turkey. A good starting point however is the very traditional La Complete, which comes with melted gruyere, ham and an egg served sunny side up. After that experience try some of Triskel's more free-form expressions, such as L'Auvergnate, which combines the blue cheese from this central region of France with walnuts, cooked apple and prosciutto for a hot version of the famous Roquefort salad. - which, coincidentally, is exactly what we had!

The motto of Creperie Le Triskel is "Arrogantly French" - it is cheekily written on their window and business cards. From what I’ve experienced at Le Triskel so far, I think it should be "Delightfully French" instead.
