Apparently, the Lake View Cafe has a trained chef!
We had our doubts, and we had already picked up some sweet fat zucchini and fettucine for dinner, but I just had to drop in to try some of the local Coorong Mullet.
We were not disappointed. There's fried fish, and there's tasty and juicy fried fish like this, encased in a golden crunchy batter, with nary a hint of greasiness. We ordered 2 as a snack, and we got a bonus third fillet. Well worth the AUD3.20 each. :)
