The press release touts the signing of Dynasty, a Cantonese and dim sum specialist based at Shanghai's Renaissance Yangtze Hotel, as a coup for the LAS Group's commercial redevelopment of the Bourke Street site, which backs on to Chinatown. Dynasty joins the 120-seat Bund, which will also boast two five-tonne shark tanks, and the expansion of former lord mayor John So's Dragon Boat, which is taking over two floors and will have a large open-air balcony. All going to plan, most of the complex will open by mid-month and Dynasty just before Christmas.
