Made from NASAA certified Organic cow milk from Fish Creek in Gippsland, Merricks Mist has a bloomy white coat and sweet, creamy flavours. The traditional Normandy style ensures richness & complexity as it matures, giving great depth of flavour with a long aftertaste. Often enjoyed with about one-third chalky core, to take advantage of the different textures & flavours of the pâte.

 

Ready to eat, though mild, at around 3 weeks - will be unforgettable after 6 weeks of age, when golden flora may appear to influence bouquet and flavour.

 

Merricks Mist being a traditional white mould style, has great depth of flavour compared to most so-called "camembert" or "brie" cheeses produced in Australia.
