Chicken Livers - Annie Smithers Bistrot AUD18.50

I haven't had chicken livers this good for a long time! Not for the faint-hearted offal avoiders, these chicken livers were smooth and creamy with an offaly taste. When eaten with the rich veal jus, it was unbelievably tasty!

 

The crisp bacon lardons were smoky and added a bit of texture to the dish.
