Chicken Goujon Baguette - Capital Kitchen AUD11
When I asked the chef what the filling in the baguette was, I was told that there were "chicken goujons with avocado", and that the goujons were "fillets of chicken with a parmesan garlic crumb". Sounds good.
It was served cut in half and rather prettily presented on a wooden board. And, it was cold. So we requested it to be toasted. And, it was still cold in the middle. Ah well.
Taste-wise, it wasn't bad. The baguette was crusty, and the chicken not too dry, but I couldn't really taste the parmesan.
