煎饺 Pan-fried Dumplings - Shanghai Noodle AUD7.50 for 15

We came to try out the new chef and new management, and to compare the difference between their 锅贴 Guo Tie dumplings and the 煎饺 Jian Jiao Pan-fried Dumplings. As usual, the 锅贴 Guo Tie was a filling of meat, while the 煎饺 Jian Jiao had a filling of meat and chives. Both had a thin a crispy base.

... and this time, there weren't burnt on the bottom!

Both had very tasty fillings. The 锅贴 Guo Tie had nice overtones of 绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine, while the 煎饺 Jian Jiao had a garlicky chive flavour.
