Anatra arrosto con brodo d'arancio sanguinella ed amarena - Crisp roasted duckling with blood orange sauce and amarena cherries - Tutto Bene AUD29.50

 

Very flavoursome duck! and yes, the skin was indeed crispy! I liked the blood orange sauce, not too sweet, not too sour. The fragrance from the amarena cherries were very floral, but was too reminiscent of cough syrup to Julia! :P
