Risotto Granchio con pomodoro e basilico - Risotto of Blue Swimmer Crab with Tomato and Basil - Tutto Bene AUD24.

 

Well worth it! Loads of crab and cheese in a trich tomato sauce that went surprisingly well. But I think I would have prefered a simpler garlicky sauce with the crab. The rice was cooked perfectly, without the chalky centre many places do!
