Risotto of leek, mushroom, pea, spinach - Relish Food Store AUD14
I was hungry, so I went for a hearty risotto. It was very tasty, and obviously made with a good stock.
I would have been happy to have just a leek and mushroom risotto. Julia thought that the peas seemed to detract from the rich, silkiness of the rice, and I agreed.
In that old-skool way, the waitress asked if I'd like cracked pepper on it, even before I had a chance to taste it :)
Just as well I declined. The seasoning was fine just as it was.
