Crispy Calamari - Collins Quarter AUD17

Crispy calamari with roasted capsicum, shallots, baby capers & oregano dressing.

 

I loved the bits of ripped basil, the baby caper and the oregano salsa verde. They gave a nice lift to the dish and tried to cut to the not so crispy calamari, and rather soaked in grease. Kane got a serve of Shoestring fries with aioli, which were similarly pale and greasy, but at least, they filled us up.
