Julia made yummy 鸡肉马蹄香菇水饺 chicken and shiitake dumplings for dinner!

Even though we used free-range chicken thigh meat, the flavour, while tasty, was still rather mild. I think stronger flavoured meats like pork, beef or lamb are better in dumplings.
