Samurai - octopus and crab takoyaki - Colo Tako Takoyaki Stall - Chinatown Night Market AUD5
Colo Tako seems to be a very popular stall at the Chinatown night market, and deservedly so!
Their tako was smooth like custard on the inside with a thin crust. Very authentic tasting too.
The original octopus takoyaki was good, and so was the crab takoyaki, which tasted like, well, crab :)
I'm just surprised they don't have a restaurant somewhere...
