Proscuitto Snail Skewer - Solarino AUD26
Proscuitto-wrapped garlic, chilli snails skewers, on a bruschetta of tomato, basil + capsicum AUD26
I couldn't help myself, and ordered the snails!
I did like the mild flavour and rubberiness of it and not cooked to a mush. Even better was the sauteed tomato, basil, capsium dice on a oil-soaked piece of bread. Nice flavours that were carried beautifully by the olive oil.
