Next up were the Tort Mun Pla (Thawt Mun Plaa), little dollops of redfish mousses fried and served with a salsa of pickled cucumber, red onions, sweet chilli and sprinkled with ground reanuts and coriander. Redfish mousse is made from blended redfish, red curry paste, kaffir lime leaves and sliced green beans. Fancy description, that followed through in taste. This tasted very good, with a nice zing from the thin julienne of kaffir lime leaves and texture was springy, but not as firm as a Catfish Thawt Mun Plaa Duk we had at Taling Chan Floating Market.
