All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Buffet - Spice Kitchen AUD12.95

Previously known variously as Copper Chimney or Jom Makan, both serving Muslim Indian food popular in Malaysia and Singapore, the latest incarnation is as Spice Kitchen, serving mostly Northern Indian food.

David and I decided to go for the AUD9.90 lunch thali with 2 meat curries, naan, rice, papadum, salad and raiti, except mine was missing the raita.

The butter chicken wasn't bad, creamy with bits of cashew nut, but a bit underspiced. The beef vindaloo was spicy hot, but again, lacking in the other warming spices, and very over seasoned!

They also had a AUD12.95 All-You-Can-Eat lunch and dinner buffet, with 1 meat curry, 1 veg curry, butter chicken and potato and capsicum curry today, seekh kebab of minced lamb, onion bhaji, rice, garlic naan, papadam, salad and raita. Basically, it was mostly like a lunch thali, except more of it! Could be worth a try if I was really hungry.
