Simple dinner of roasted grass-fed round steak, with rosemary and garlic roasted zucchini, carrots and corn... oh and a cream of vegetable soup.
The round steak was very tasty and beefy, but a tad tough even when rare. I thinly sliced some leftovers for a sandwich tomorrow, and that wasn't tough at all. Maybe we'll stick to using this for stir-fries.
