Insides - Lamb Ragout Pie - La Renaissance Patisserie

Bonjour, Au revoir, yep, brush up on your French if you want to go to France... or you could just pop in for a coffee and yummy French pastries at La Renaissance Patisserie!

 

We had a great lamb ragout in a pie, packed with juicy tender lamb, tomato, orsemary and not much else! We also got a Le Gateaux Noisette, a dense cake packed with hazelnut flavour and topped with more hazelnuts. I wonder if the cake was made with hazelnut meal as well!
