Baked Pork and Fennel Sausages and pumpkin with rosemary, garlic

Lazy dinner of baked pork and fennel sausages for the Queen Victoria Market, pumpkin with rosemary and garlic, braised red cabbage and Granny Smith apples, and a sprinkling of peas for colour. Meat and 3 veg!

 

... and because I baked / roasted the sausages and pumpkin in the oven, it meant that the house got warmed up as well. :)

 

My only regret was that I didn't have a soup to accompany this meal. Something warm and soup is always welcome on a cold Autumn night.
