Oyako Don - AUD8.50
Cheap ramen that's actually not too bad, even if the quality can vary.
Today, we got the miso ramen for a change. The soup was a bit too salty, probably because of the miso, but the noodles were chewy and smooth. The piece of pan-fried chicken wasn't really necessary, and had the texture of dried wood.
We also got the Oyako Don, the chicken+egg on rice. The sauce was too sweet.
Still, it filled us up with warm soupy goodness with plenty of time to spare before Star Trek began :)
