Avgolemono Soup and Grilled Chicken and Mango Salad
I raided my pantry, and all I could come up with was an egg a lemon, and some chicken stock, so I made Avgolemono soup! :)
I've never had it before, but my version tasted ok. I used a recipe from Family Circle Soups & Stews, similar to this receipe.
I guess i should try it in a Greek restaurant, considering Melbourne has the largest Greek population outside of Greece!
i also happened upon cknlomein's takeaway avgolemono soup when i had a look at photos tagged with avgolemono! :P
