Julia's Steamed Egg Tofu before adding Soy Sauce

Julia tried her hand at making an egg tofu with 500ml home made, hand-squeeze soy milk and 3 eggs. The result was a creamy, smooth egg custard tofu that was great with a dash of soy sauce and a sprinkling of spring onions!
