Bean Vermicelli with Fermented Beancurd in Claypot - Vegie Valley

A very good vegetarian dish without having to use meat substitutes. Flavoured with 腐乳 fermented beancurd, the 冬粉 bean vermicelli soaked up all the tasty cooking juices from the vegetables. There was also some 黑木耳 black wood-ear mushrooms for some added crunch.
