Simpler than the Dumpling King restaurant in Box Hill.

My 排骨卤蛋面 pork chop and egg in handmade noodles were a bit of a disappointment. The pork chop was ok, but marinated and tenderised beyond recognition, just like most of the low-end Asian restaurants. The noodles were silky but unfortunately a soggy mess. Haven't they heard of chewy noodles?!
