Snowing - Pub Bistro, Thredbo
The girl behind the counter just wasn't up to making a hot roast beef roll with lashings of gravy, but we managed to get her to drizzle some gravy on a cold roast beef, tomato, cucumber and carrot baguette, even if it meant that the gravy would be cold. At least it was moist and juicy! A bargain at AUD9 for such a huge baguette! The cream of chicken and corn soup wasn't bad either. They definitely didn't skimp on the cream.
Nothing like comfort food after a walk, especially after a walk in rain and snow!
