Busy as ever on a Saturday evening.
The 梅菜扣肉煲 Belly Pork with Preserved Vegetable was pretty good, or so my mum says. With my clogged nose, it was... salty :)
Aunt Lay Leong though that it was probably because the pork was well marinated in 五香粉 five-spive powder, and the deep frying before stewing releases the flavours.
The salmon is a healthy option, very fresh and moist. Packed with good fats!
